Which shipping service should I choose?
Express is worth considering for parcels and urgent shipments. Air freight can suit time-sensitive cargo, while sea freight can suit larger volumes with a more flexible schedule. Share your weight, dimensions and destination so we can discuss suitable options.
What should I include in a quote request?
Please include your goods description, pickup city in China, destination country and postcode, number of cartons, total gross weight, and the length, width and height of each carton. Tell us your preferred delivery date and whether the goods contain batteries, liquids or other special items.
What is included in my shipping quote?
Ask for a written breakdown covering transport, customs clearance, applicable duties and taxes, and final delivery. The available service and any exclusions depend on your goods, destination and the agreed quote.
How long will delivery take?
Transit time depends on the route, service, cargo, customs processing and destination. We confirm an estimated schedule when reviewing your shipment. Please include any required arrival date in your enquiry.
